Couples Counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a licensed clinician to learn how to identify and resolve conflicts as well as learn strategies they can use to improve their relationships.
Group Counseling is a process through which a small group of clients meet regularly to discuss concerns, and receive useful interventions from a clinical therapist to resolve issues.
Individual Counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a licensed clinician to learn ways to manage and cope with mental and emotional issues.
Family Counseling is a process through which clients work one-on-one with a licensed clinician to learn ways to improve communication, resolve conflicts, and work through other issues that exist within the family unit.
This is an eight week educational course that provides parents with tools and techniques to improve current ways of parenting.
Anger Management Classes
This is a ten week course focusing on learning how to recognize cues and triggers of anger and aggression. Additionally, clients will learn how to manage emotions through coping strategies.
Medication Management Referral
A referral to a Psychiatrist or Nurse Practitioner to treat symptoms of mental health diagnosis.
Supportive Services and Resources Referral
Clients can receive a referral to a community based program that will support him/her outside of the area of mental health therapy.
